BOOKING:
Booking in advance will help us to arrange a comfortable and qualified service.
Pre selected booking worth up to 100£ as option, can be paid by cash (sterling) to our driver.
Booking worth more than 100£ has to be paid in full amount in advance and it can be done thru Pay Pal sistem at our website.
Payment thru Pay Pal does not require an account with it.
Latest payment can be accepted before 48 hr of arrival time.
PRICES:
We have fixed prices, but we also have the right to make amend depending on the pre selected service.
Prices quoted by London Town Cars are for passengers ready to travel at designated time of pick up.
Waiting time will be charged in such instances where clients are not ready.
DELAYS AND CANCELLATION:
Cancellation of booking by customer between 48 hr and 24 hr from arrival time, will be 50% refund of service cost.
Cancellation of booking by customer less than 24 hr before of arrival time, will not be refundable.
CHARGES AND FEES:
For all airport pickups the first 45 minutes waiting for the client will be free of charge. After this time the rate will then be charged £0.50 p./min.
Charges are subject to change on certain public holidays or during extreme weather conditions as specified by London Town Cars.
Customers wishing to paid by credit or debit card a 3.5% booking fee will apply (American Express – 5.5%).
If stops need to made during the journey these will be charged £5 per stop.
For customers who require children's booster seats, will be charged £3 per seat.
COLLECTION:
At the Airport we can arrange meeting of our passengers at the ARRIVALS GATE by one of our drivers, who will be holding name board, with your name on it.
If you experience difficulty meeting our driver, you always can contact our office by phone, and we will be happy to help you.
LUGGAGE:
London Town Cars will reserve the right to refuse a customer's journey if the amount of luggage or the luggage itself is deemed too much or unsafe to transport for the driver concerned.
It is always the responsibility of the customer to load and unload their luggage (unless a prior agreement has been made) and this is also up to the drivers discretion
